This elegant one bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of a splendid 19th Century Dalmatian stone villa. Located in a lovely leafy part of the city and surrounded by woodland, the property provides guests with a quiet and relaxing retreat yet is within easy walking distance of the old town and local beaches.

The villa is approached along a pathway via entrance gates through a large garden and up a short flight of steps into the main entrance hall of the villa. A door on the ground floor leads into the apartment corridor. Leading off this corridor is a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with doors leading out onto a sunny patio terrace. Guests are also able to use the main terrace at the front of the villa, shared with the two other apartments, for seating.
