Just a twenty minute stroll from Dubrovnik old town, this elegant and modern villa is perched on a promontory overlooking the sea where guests can relax on one of a number of terraces and enjoy the fabulous sea and distant views to Dubrovnik old town.

Guests enter the property via a gate from the small street and walk through a wonderful mature terraced garden via a path which leads to the entrance to the villa. Entry is into the upper level which contains two double bedrooms both with French doors leading out onto a shared balcony with sea view. There is a separate modern shower room. Stairs lead down to the main living area which consists of a very spacious open plan kitchen diner lounge area with doors leading out onto the lower terrace with pool and with sea views. There is a further shower room on this level. From the main terrace guests can take approximately 40 steps down to the beach which can only be accessed from the villa or by boat.
