This five bedroom stone villa is situated in the midst of the beautiful Istrian countryside in the village of Gradisce which sits between the towns of Zminj and Svetvincenat. Decorated in a typical Istrian country style with exposed stone walls and a wonderful kitchen and dining room, the villa has been renovated to a very high standard and would suit a large family/two families travelling together or a group of friends who wish to relax in stunning surroundings. A chef service is available on request at this property.

The villa is approached from a country lane and guests enter into a pretty lawned garden. A path from the garden leads to the main door and into a spacious hallway. To the right guests walk into a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and doors leading out into the garden. A stone archway from the kitchen leads into a wonderful dining area complete with another set of doors that lead out into the garden. On the opposite side of the hallway guests will find the main lounge. Comfortably decorated, the room features an Istrian stone fireplace and baby grand piano. A door from one side of the lounge leads to the rear parking area of the villa. Stairs from the ground floor hallway, which also features a downstairs toilet, lead to the main bedroom areas on the first floor. Here guests will find 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. From the garden area there is a separate one bedroom annexe which features a double bedroom, kitchen/diner/lounge and shower room. There is also a utility room located next to the annexe. The garden features a large covered BBQ and dining area in addition to an outdoor pool with sunloungers.

Areas of interest within the area include the seaside towns of Porec and Rovinj. A little further afield, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region
