This delightful restored stone villa with pool is located within easy access of the historical cities of Vodnjan and Pula. Decorated in a typical country style with partially exposed stone walls and oak beamed ceilings, the villa would suit a large family/two families travelling together or couples/friends who wish to experience the peace and quiet of rural Istria yet be within easy reach of historical cities and beaches.

Guests enter the property from a country road and into a driveway from where the main entrance door leads into a hallway which contains a downstairs shower room. A door from the hallway leads into a brightly decorated lounge which contains an Istrian stone fireplace. An archway from the lounge leads into a well equipped open plan country kitchen/diner. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor which contains 3 double bedrooms and a separate shower room. The second floor contains a twin (attic) room. French doors from the lounge lead out into a courtyard garden which features a summer kitchen and outdoor eating area. A short pathway down the side of the summer kitchen leads to the swimming pool complete with Roman steps, a Jacuzzi and sun beds surrounding the pool.

The nearby village of Vodnjan is 7kms away where guests will find a grocery shop and a small selection of restaurants. Areas of interest within the region include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. A little nearer, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this area.
