This very pretty studio bungalow is situated in the grounds of a pretty Italianate style villa located in Lapad Bay, Dubrovnik. The property offers guests the opportunity to be by the sea and the beaches of Lapad as well as within easy walking distance of restaurants and a short bus ride away from Dubrovnik old town.

The property is entered from a quiet road into a garden and directly into a patio area which is private for guests’ own use and features a table and chairs. French doors lead into the sleeping area with twin beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed. A kitchenette/diner area which is partially separated from the sleeping area is situated to the rear. A shower room is positioned at the back of the bungalow.

The property would suit a couple or friends looking to stay in Dubrovnik yet be within easy access of the beach and other facilities the city has to offer.
