Stunning four bedroom villa with pool in Viganj, Peljesac
This stunningly decorated four bedroom villa with pool, a former Captains’ House, is located on the water in the popular seaside location of Viganj on the Peljesac Peninsula.Tucked away behind a walled entrance, this chic seaside accommodation would suit guests looking for a quiet retreat in which to relax in on this beautiful peninsula area of Croatia.
Guests approach the villa along a track road which runs along the beach. Parking is off street outside the villa. Entry is through a gate into a courtyard garden. Stairs lead up to the main entrance door and into a spacious hallway which also features a dining table. An arched door from the hallway leads into the comfortable lounge area, opposite there is a second lounge/TV room. Other rooms on this ground floor level include a shower room and a country style kitchen with American fridge.
The first floor features a spacious hallway with two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea view and en-suite with a bathroom, there is also a twin bedroom with sea view. The second (attic) floor is impressive in its size and décor and features a double bed with en-suite shower room.
Outside, guests will find a stylish decked pool area surrounded by flowers and other green flora offering natural shade. Fruit and vegetables are also growing in the kitchen garden area which guests can help themselves to.
The villa would suit a family or group of friends – maximum 6 adults and 2 children up to 15 years old accepted. The villa is a straightforward 2 ½ hour drive from Dubrovnik airport. Added services available at the villa include a continental breakfast service at approximately Euros 10 per person per day and a 3 course dinner service at approximately Euros 30 per person per day. This can be organized and paid for locally.
Sightseeing opportunities within the region include a visit to the historical town of Korcula, spending time on the nearby beaches, visiting the local vineyards as well as a day trip to Dubrovnik or Mostar and other places such as the National Park of Mljet Island.
