This magnificent Dubrovnik villa, situated within easy driving distance of Dubrovnik city, resides within 20,000 square metres of private Mediterranean garden dotted with Cypress trees and even includes its own private chapel as well as a boules pitch. The villa is approached along a tree lined avenue where parking is available for up to 10 cars. The villa is surrounded by a wall and guests enter the property via a gate into a spacious courtyard which sits in front of the villa and contains raised plant beds, outside seating/dining and a BBQ.  The villa is entered via a door from the courtyard into an ‘L’ shaped hallway. One arm of the hallway leads down to the spacious open plan country style kitchen/diner/lounge area with fireplace. The other side of the hallway leads to a double bedroom, separate walk in shower room. There is also a utility room on this level. The first floor features four double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom) each with en-suite bathrooms.
