Situated at the top of one of Rovinj’s well-known squares is this tall 2 bedroom town house. Restaurants, bars, the city's colourful outdoor markets and shopping are all within a short walk away, as are Rovinj’s numerous beaches and the main harbour.

The villa is entered via a short flight of stairs up to the main entrance door which opens directly into the open plan kitchen /dining room featuring exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. A door located to the rear of the kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. The first floor contains a twin bedroom with separate family bathroom while the second floor contains a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The third (top) floor is the Penthouse lounge with a sofa bed and views of Rovinj and the sea. There is a sink and fridge in the lounge to save you going down to the kitchen for drink top ups! Addtional charges may apply for 5th person on the sofa bed, see charges table below.

The property would suit couples, a group of friends and families with older children. In view of the uneven staircase within the house, a result of the building’s age, the house is not suitable for those with very young children or for those experiencing walking difficulties. The villa is situated close to IS095 and both this property and IS095 could be rented together. There is also a children’s playground located behind the property.

The city of Rovinj is a must see highlight for anyone visiting Croatia. In addition, it is also a good base from which to explore the Istrian countryside and Medieval hill top towns outside of Rovinj such as Groznjan and Motovun.
