Located approximately 15 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the centrepiece of the apartment is its impressive 92 square metre lounge which leads directly out onto a magnificent sea facing terrace. The apartment offers extremely comfortable accommodation with superb hand-made wood furnishings.

The apartment is set on the upper level of a large villa (the lower level contains four private studios with their own separate entrance). The accommodation is approached via a single road leading down from the main road to the villa and sea. There is a large car parking area in which to park up to 5 cars and the apartment is entered via a rear door into a spacious hallway from which radiate two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a room with a bunk bed and a separate shower room. The hallway leads through to the magnificent lounge area which features a dining section which can seat up to 24 persons. Four French doors lead out from the lounge and onto the spacious sea facing terrace. The modern contemporary kitchen is accessed from the lounge and features a table which can seat up to 6 persons. A utility room off the kitchen contains a washer and dryer.

An outside staircase to the side of the house leads down past a large (shared) BBQ area down to the beach. The apartment provides ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends. Car hire is also recommended at this villa.
