The villa consists of approximately twelve apartments of which one apartment is two bedroom . The two bedroom apartment featured here is located on the second floor and consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with separate double and twin bedroom and shower room. All apartments are air-conditioned and have internet access (internet access is payable locally). There is a restaurant on site within the grounds of the property offering traditional Istrian cuisine from an a la carte menu.

The apartments make an ideal base from which to explore other areas of interest in this region. Places which can be visited as day trips include the historical towns of Motovun, Porec, Vrsar, Pula, Rovinj and Hum as well as the beautiful islands of Brijuni.A day trip to Venice is also very popular with Croatian Villas guests and can be arranged from Rovinj.
