Three bedroom apartment with direct access to Sveti Stefan Beach.

When it comes to location, things don’t get much better than this fantastic, tastefully decorated, modern apartment. Positioned alongside the best part of the beach at Sveti Stefan with spectacular views over to the famous island-hotel which is connected to the mainland by a narrow sandy isthmus, guests staying at this apartment will benefit from direct access to the beach and the wonderful turquoise sea below.

The apartment is located on the second floor from the beach (1st floor from the rear) and entry is via the rear of the apartment into a hallway from where radiate two brightly coloured bedrooms and two shower rooms. Guests then enter into a wonderfully spacious open plan kitchen / dining / living room with French doors leading out onto a fabulous terrace with stunning views of the beach and island. There is a seperate front sitting room located near the lounge area which contains a sofa bed and can also be used as a seperate bedroom. This front sitting/bedroom also has doors leading out onto the terrace and proffers similar views of the Adriatic. Access to the beach below is via an outside staircase located next to the apartment.

The apartment would suit a family or friends looking to stay in one of Montenegro’s most attractive beach locations and be within easy access of restaurants and bars. Car hire is recommended at this property and there are a number of areas of interest within easy driving distance. These include Kotor Bay, Budva and the National Park of Skadar Lake.
