This beautifully restored Dalmatian stone villa complete with L-Shaped swimming pool is situated in the village of Skrip, one of the oldest settlement on Brac island. Located 3kms from the sea, the villa offers spectacular views of Brac, the Adriatic and mainland.

The villa is accessed from a quiet road through double doors into a spacious courtyard where there is a stone pool house above which sits a lovely terrace offering sea views to the mainland. Access to the main house is from the courtyard which leads into a very large open plan kitchen/diner lounge area. French doors from the lounge lead out onto a terrace and down to the pool area. This floor also features a bathroom. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with double bed and French doors leading out onto a balcony with sea/pool views. There are three further bedrooms (two double rooms and one single room) and a family bathroom complete with hydro massage bath. A separate stone guest house offers the following accommodation; on the ground floor a kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa bed in the lounge for two and a shower room, on the first floor there is a double bedroom. The property also features a Konoba with a dining table that can seat up to 14 persons with an outdoor BBQ area nearby.
