Located in Lapad Bay, Dubrovnik, these modern apartments have been decorated to a very high standard and all come with sea views of the bay. There are four apartments in total located in a beautiful waterfront villa and they provide an ideal base from which to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area.

Entry to theaapartments is via a coastal path and through a walled garden up to the third floor. Guests have access to a private sundeck within accommodation as well as a sauna and Jacuzzi open all year with the Jacuzzi being heated to 40 degrees centigrade during the colder months. The beach is located in front of the accommodation and boat mooring is also available in front of the villa.

The studio apartments feature a spacious open plan kitchen/diner lounge area and a double bed which can be screened off from the rest of the apartment. There is also a separate shower room. Doors lead from the lounge area onto a balcony which overlooks the sea. Each apartment features items such as an LCD TV with surround sound, DVD and DVD library with many English films on offer, internet access and espresso machine. Guests staying at this accommodation for 7 days or more are entitled to a complimentary return airport transfer. Please request this at the time of booking.
