EU citizens set to invest in Croatia

Croatia's only international logistics business park has been bought by Helios Properties for around £53 million.
The company has already signed a pre-lease agreement with the Sportina Group which represents over 30 brands including Prada Sport and Versace Jeans.
Zagreb Business Park will also be home to Kuehne and Nagel, a leading logistics firm in Europe, which has agreed a pre-lease contract for an office and warehouse.
The development is situated near the highway which runs between Zagreb to Ljubljana and has a total of 95,000 sq m of warehousing in total.
King Sturge is the exclusive letting agent of the business park and says there is a lot of interest in the remaining available space.
Organising the wholesale, retail sale and distribution of fashion items, the Sportina Group owns 155 shops and four outlet stores.
The company had an annual turnover of £99 million in 2007 and plans to reach £140 million this year.
