Microsoft conference hosted in Zagreb

Zagreb has today opened this year's Microsoft Security Days conference, it has been revealed.
Javno.com reports the sixth annual symposium is taking place in Antunovic Hotel, with the event focusing on modern information systems and their protection.
More than 400 visitors, from IT experts to security professionals, are in the city for the conference, which was opened by the director of Microsoft's Croatia office, Venesa Schutz.
Dai Vu, the director of the organisation's department of marketing for virtualisation products and solutions, made the opening speech, according to the news provider.
Speaking about the technology, he stated: "Virtualisation fundamentally changes the way that users control their IT environment because it offers the possibility of drastic reductions in infrastructure expenses and increased business agility."
Meanwhile, it was revealed recently by homesoverseas.co.uk that changes to legislation could attract more foreign investment to Croatia.
According to the website, new rules come into place in February 1st 2009 and are set to boost the country's popularity, particularly in terms of property.
