Miss Croatia gets ready for the world final

The winner of this year's Miss Universe Croatia competition has expressed her hope that the title will change her life "fully".
Slavonia-born Snjezana Loncarevic, who lives in Zagreb, was praised by her fellow candidates after scooping the title as they believed "she deserves it".
"I am happy, and I believe that this title will fully change my life," Snjezana told Javno, adding that the win could provide the "doorway to a big career".
She went on to explain that she currently studies at the faculty for hotel and tourism management in Opatija, while it is her ambition to become manager.
When asked during the competition where she would travel if she had the opportunity to go anywhere, 24-year-old Snjezana said she would choose Vietnam, where the Miss Universe final is taking place in July.
Last year's Miss Universe Croatia, Jelena Maros, handed her crown to Snjezana this week, with Dalmatian Ana Kurobasa lined up to stand in if the Zagreb resident cannot make it to Vietnam.
Held in the Kvarner Hotel in Opatija, the winner of the Miss Universe Croatia contest also received a Mitsubishi Colt Cabrio car.
Located in the east of the country, Slavonia is often lauded by tourists and Croatian villa owners alike for its hospitality and "warm-hearted" inhabitants.
