Three bedroom villa on Brela beach, Makarska Riviera
This spacious three bedroom villa is located on the first row of what is undoubtedly one of Croatia’s finest beaches, the 6km white pebble beach of Brela. There is much to do in Brela in terms of restaurants and nightlife and the villa is perfectly positioned to explore this part of the coast known as the Makarska Riviera. It is a short stroll along the sea front from the villa to Brela harbour where guests can find a selection of pretty seaside restaurants to dine in.
The accommodation is presented as two apartments. Guests are assured of two parking spaces at the property. The first apartment (upper) is entered via a rear door into a corridor from where there is a door leading into a shower room. A separate door leads into a double bedroom and from this bedroom there is another door leading into a second double bedroom. The third door off the corridor leads into a pretty open plan kitchen diner lounge area filled with a mixture of antique and modern furniture. An additional 8th person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge at a charge of £7 per person per night. A door from the lounge leads up to a sea facing terrace. The second apartment (lower) is accessed via a staircase running down the outside of the property where guests walk into a very spacious main terrace with outdoor eating facilities. French doors from the terrace lead into a large cool and airy lounge in possession of its original marble flooring and decorated with a mixture of antique and retro furniture. A second set of French doors from the lounge leads into a very large double bedroom with an extra single bed and en-suite shower room. A small corridor off the lounge has a door leading into a kitchen. A second door off the corridor leads to a second shower room. The garden area located around the lower apartment contains a BBQ area and steps from this level lead straight down to a wonderful pebble beach lapped by crystal clear water.
The villa would suit a family or a group of friends looking for a beach location within easy access of shops and restaurants. Other activities within the region include white water rafting, canoeing and canyoning on the River Cetina near Omis as well as the Biokovo Nature Park.
