Situated in the picturesque seaside town of Cavtat well known for its wonderful cafes and restaurants, this typical Dalmatian stone property has been lovingly restored to an exceptionally high standard and offers guests very spacious accommodation. The villa is set on the edge of town and it is a short walk down a very pretty path through a pine forest to some wonderful swimming spots.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped bespoke kitchen complete with traditional wood burning pizza oven and a variety of kitchen gadgets which would suit keen cooks. There is also a well stocked wine cellar where guests can help themselves to wine, paying for what has been consumed at the end of their stay. Steps from the kitchen lead to the very spacious lounge/diner area fitted with a wood burning fireplace. The first floor offers one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, one twin room and a separate shower room with toilet. The second floor offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a study area and a spacious shower room with toilet. The upper floors offer wonderful views of the surrounding region and sea. The spacious walled garden is full of mature plants and flowers and offers guests the perfect venue for eating out with its large dining table and BBQ facilities.

This villa would suit those looking to stay within walking distance of local restaurants and beaches. It would not suit those with walking difficulties. A large family/ two families travelling together or a group of friends would suit this accommodation. There is an internet cafe two minutes walk away and an hourly boat service operates to Dubrovnik from Cavtat from April till October. The boat arrives directly into Dubrovnik old town and the journey time is approx. 30-40 minutes. Last boat back is around midnight.
