Located in the pretty village of Razanj and offering delightful Adriatic views, this simple cottage makes for an ideal base for those clients wishing to stay in a peaceful location by the sea, yet remain within easy access of all the sites of Northern and Central Dalmatia.

Guests enter the property through a set of gates at the rear, where there is a parking space for one car. A path through the garden leads to the main entrance at the rear of the house. The first floor comprises of a living room with two sofa beds and a bar area, a bathroom, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. Doors from the living area open out onto a sun terrace featuring a comfortable seating area and views of the Adriatic. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen/dining area. Doors from the kitchen open onto the lovely outdoor dining area, furnished with a table and chairs and shaded from the sun by the cool green foliage of the garden.

The village of Razanj is approximately 35 minutes away from Split airport. There is a pretty pebble beach just 100m from the property. Car hire is recommended at this villa and there are a number of areas of interest within easy driving distance.  The waterfalls of Krka National Park and the UNESCO protected town of Trogir are both located within a 30 minute drive of the villa. The cottage would suit a family or a group of friends.
