This charming beachfront cottage is located in the waterfront village of Lozica. With its pretty terrace views and first row to the sea position, the property offers guests a pleasant waterside retreat whilst being within easy access of the historical city of Dubrovnik located around 10 minutes drive away.

 

Guests approach the cottage from the main road where parking is located above and to the rear of the property. A flight of steps down from the car parking area leads to the main entrance. Guests enter into a comfortably decorated open plan lounge/dining room area with a separate modern kitchen. Other rooms located on this level are a shower room, separate toilet, a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The latter room and the lounge both feature French doors leading out onto a lovely shaded sea facing terrace with outdoor dining. Steps from the terrace lead down past a smaller studio apartment (sometimes occupied by the discrete owner) and onto the swimming beach platform below.

 

Dubrovnik City is a must see destination and other areas of interest to visit within the region include the pretty harbour town of Cavtat, the fortified town of Ston, a day trip to Montenegro and Mostar as well as visiting a number of off shore islands including the National Park island of Mljet. Car hire is recommended at this property.
