Holiday apartment in Dubrovnik with sea view, Sleeps 6-7

This beautiful sea front apartment is located in Lapad Bay and offers spectacular views along the Adriatic coast to the ancient walled town of Dubrovnik. An ideal choice for a family or a group of friends, the property offers peace and tranquility yet is just 15 minutes by bus from Dubrovnik old town with all its wonderful architecture and amenities.

The apartment is accessed from a quiet street up a flight of stairs to the main door which opens into the entrance hallway. On this level there is a study, shower room, utility room a spacious eat-in kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The basement and garage can also be accessed via internal stairs located in the hallway. Doors from the lounge lead into a conservatory which opens out onto the main sea facing terrace. A separate room, accessed via glass patio doors located on the terrace, contains a Jacuzzi.

The second floor features 3 double bedrooms, each with their own sea-facing terrace. One of the bedrooms contains an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate shower/toilet room on this floor.

It is less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest swimming spot where the sea is accessed via steps. Guests may make use of all the excellent spa facilities at the nearby luxury Hotel Rixos including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, Turkish bath and various health and beauty treatments - local charge applies.
