This picturesque 2 bedroom villa with separate annexe is situated along Istria’s eastern coast not far from the popular sea side resort of Rabac. Guests staying at this villa will enjoy pretty sea views in a peaceful village location whilst being within easy access of popular sights of interest such as the city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre.
The villa is approached along a country road through a gated entrance and into a long gravel drive which ends by the side of the 2 bedroom (main) villa. Stairs from this parking level lead down to the garden and pool area. From here guests enter the ground floor of the main villa via a pretty shaded terrace with sea view and outside dining area. The ground floor consists of an open plan country style kitchen/diner/lounge area with separate shower room and utility room to the rear. The first floor features a double bedroom with 2xsingle mattresses pushed together and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with 2xsingle mattresses pushed together, en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea view. The first floor hallway contains a sofa bed suitable for one adult (or 2 children under 12 years). Doors from the hallway and from both bedrooms lead out onto a terrace overlooking the pool. This terrace is located next to the steps which brings guests down from the parking area to the pool/garden area.
To the rear of the villa, a short pathway leads to a gate and another building which contains the separate annexe. This consists of, on the ground floor, a patio terrace in front of the entrance with BBQ and outdoor dining. Inside, the ground floor is presented as an open plan kitchen /diner / lounge area. The first floor features a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a separate shower room.
This enchanting setting would suit a family or group of friends. Other areas of interest within this region include the Brijuni Islands, the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the stunning coastal towns of Rovinj, Porec and Vrsar.
