The villa is approached from the main road along a 3km gravel drive where upon passing through the gated entrance guests proceed to drive up a magnificent Mediterranean Pine lined thoroughfare ending at the house itself. Entry to the villa is through a doorway into a pretty courtyard complete with fine outdoor lounge furniture and an elegant outdoor eating area. To the left of the courtyard lies the guest annexe consisting of a spacious lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons, a separate shower room and stairs leading to a galleried sleeping area with double bed. Next to the annexe is a fitness room containing a selection of gym equipment (smith, pull-up, orbitrack and weights). The main house is located to the right of the courtyard and guests enter a very spacious hallway where from one side a door leads into a traditional yet contemporary lounge with vaulted oak beamed ceiling and Istrian stone fireplace. This style of warm and inviting décor is repeated throughout the property. Doors from the lounge lead out into the garden. From the opposite side of the hallway guests enter a fully equipped kitchen with a centrally located dining area and fireplace. There is also a second kitchen annexe to the main kitchen from where the professional chef can prepare your chosen gourmet menu. To the rear of the villa an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and shower room can be accessed from within the property. The first floor is occupied solely by the master bedroom with a fireplace and en-suite bathroom featuring a roll top bath and wet room. The second floor contains two twin bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room. All rooms come with plasma TV, DVD player, cable TV, phone, safe and internet connection.Up to 6 hours of daily cleaning is included in the price.
The grounds of the property feature, 100m from the main house, an outhouse containing a wine cellar and a press for production of olive oil. Also living here is the property manager who remains at your disposal during your stay. The beautifully decked outdoor pool is located approximately 15 metres from the house and is framed by the surrounding woodland. The house comes supplied with 5 mountain bikes for guest use.
