This pretty stone villa is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Momjan in northern Istria. Wonderful views are available throughout the property and the spacious garden with children’s play area and inviting pool deck make this an especially great choice for families with younger kids.

 

The villa is approached down a country road where entry is into a gravel drive. Guests enter the villa into a country kitchen/diner with a corridor leading to a separate utility room and separate shower room. To the rear of the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace and a second larger dining table. The first floor features a twin room, a double room containing a slim double bed and a door leading out onto a wonderful covered terrace fitted with comfy outdoor seating where guests can soak up the magnificent country views.

 

The garden, without a doubt the main attraction, contains the children’s play area, pool, outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities. A great place to relax and unwind.

 

Momjan village contains a selection of local restaurants/konobas within walking distance of the villa. Car hire is recommended at this property and other areas of interest nearby include the hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan and Oportalj as well as the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad.
