Parking is located at the rear of the property from where a path leads down around the side of the grounds to the sea front. Amongst the ample sea-facing gardens is a heated pool and sun deck with recliners. A studio annex is built into the hillside at the rear of the property and consists of a double bedroom, kitchenette and shower room with WC.
The main building is accessed either from the parking area via a back door on the upper ground floor, or from the gardens via the front door on the lower ground floor. The front door opens into an entrance hall providing access to a WC, laundry room and the spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. A corridor from the kitchen leads to a shower room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a children’s room with bunk beds for 3 children, and a children’s room with bunks for 2 children. The upper ground floor is comprised of a panoramic lounge/bar/games room with balcony and expansive views of the Adriatic, a separate toilet room, a single bedroom and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi bath, walk in wardrobe and access to the sea-view balcony.
The villa is ideally located for exploring the beaches and islands of the Dalmatian Coast. Car hire is recommended. The nearby Kornati islands and the Krka National Park, famous for its numerous waterfalls, provide easy day trips. Other towns worth visiting that are located within this region include Sibenik (with its pretty Old Town and Cathedral) as well as the historic UNESCO-protected city of Trogir and Split’s Diocletian Palace.
Catering is available from the restaurant just 30m from the rear of the property.
